Tuition – Classes are itemized on a bill that is made available during the last week of each month. Payment is expected by the 5th of each month. A charge of $20.00 will be added to your bill for any returned checks. Do not deduct missed classes from your bill as those changes will not be honored. Please see our makeup policy below.
Attendance/Lateness/ Make-up Lessons – We emphasize good attendance. Please call if your child will be absent or late. Students will not be allowed into class if they are more than 15 minutes late. If a student misses 3 consecutive lessons they may be removed from that class. When scheduling makeup classes we will do our best to accommodate you and your dancer. Make ups must occur within one month from the missed class.
Food/ Beverages /Cell Phones – There is no food permitted inside the studio at any time. Students are allowed to bring water or a sports drink in a re-sealable container. Cell phones are to be silenced and not in use during class.
Visitors – No visitors are allowed during classes. Our “Viewing Week” is held in December so that family and friends may observe students.
Studio Closings – If there is inclement weather you may either check our website or call after 12pm for a recorded message. (Do not assume that if schools are closed that we will be, too.) We will schedule a make-up class for any classes missed due to cancellation.
Costumes and Recital Information - We hold an annual recital in June at the Performing Arts Center adjacent to Secaucus High School. Although participation is not mandatory, it is strongly encouraged. A $50.00 non-refundable costume deposit is required in December. (Costumes run between $60-$75.00 each)
Additional Information – Students are expected to wait in the waiting room until class starts. Unless it is an emergency, no one is allowed to use the restrooms during a lesson.
